Have used this firm in the past and dealt with the principal. And was pleased with prior work for me. Would highly recommend it.
Four days ago (Friday) I received an office action from the USPTO examiner arguing LIKELIHOOD OF CONFUSION with two prior marks. Saturday this firm emailed me that the examiner had made a mistake because the two previous marks had been canceled (although the cancellation was not showing on TEAS). He offered to solve the problem by replying in the correct USPTO format for a flat fee of $125. Sunday I authorized this. Tuesday (today) he completed the filing with a simple 4-line argument! Meanwhile, I've received half a dozen other offers from TM attorneys, including one with an estimate of 3 to 6 hours totally up to $800 - $900!
Everyone I've spoken to has been very helpful and very friendly their prices are extremely Fair especially for such quality service their website is easy to navigate and they keep you informed every step of the way if you're looking for a no-nonsense service I'd recommend using this comapny.
While I don't yet have the end result of a decision from the action taken on my behalf, I can readily report that my experience with the two people at this company whom I have interacted with has been top-notch. They have consistently been friendly, professional, very timely in their responses to my inquiries -- and while the results are essentially out of our hands, I am confident that due diligence was performed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to us them again -- but I hope I don't have to (nothing personal, of course!).

If you guys have another legal team for your trademark work and you are not 100% satisfied with their service, you need to ditch them right now (before they make you go bankrupt) and get some proper advice from this firm and have his team work on your case instead. Too often it is that it is the bad news that gets posted or complaints that get publicized. Indeed, some of it deserving like the near fraudulent, certainly negligent treatment and handling of my Trademark application by LEGAL ZOOM. As a retired Special Forces / Military Intel Soldier and Officer, I know standards of excellence. I swore I would never use any online legal assistance. THEN CAME THIS COMPANY Being in Fiji left me literally on an island in being and my only life raft was the internet. So I reached out once more when I received an invite from this firm. They took the lead in the action and along with a great team that all seemed to be very informed of my case, pitched in and assisted with direct communication with me. My slightest questions and concerns were handled with care underscoring that I should not hesitate to ask or comment about anything. THEY TRULY CARED IN WORD AND IN DEED....and by deed I MEAN ACTION! My application was salvaged after suffering from the incompetent and unprofessional handling by Legal Zoom. LESSON: NEVER EVER USE LEGAL ZOOM. I fell for their slick ads and I was "handled", then "discarded" like trash without the slightest care to help me understand or repair what went wrong at their hands. reviewed, talked repair, took action, and then helped with additional follow through and today I have my Trademark Certificate for Power Snorkeling and a to-do list to make sure I take steps required to retain it and keep it current. I initially filed for a trademark in the incorrect category. When my application was rejected I found this firm sent them the information and they the issues with my application, refiled, and now it's all been approved.
