It's easy to use this company system to apply for trademarks. Though I don't find the trademarks record on the home page of the account (I don't know why). The team's response is swift. I could always check my mailbox for their answers without logging in to the account. BTW, it's quite troublesome for me to log in to the account since I need to wait for the link which was sent to my mailbox and click to log in. Why couldn't we use passwords?

As a doctor and former university professor, I evaluate everything I do to determine value and legitimacy. This firm was really outstanding from the beginning to the end. It started with the free 15-minute consultation that convinced me that they both knew their stuff, were easy to work with, and would follow through on a timely basis. The value of what they offer, was easily 1/3 to 1/4 of the cost had I gone with a local attorney. Though I do not have the results of the Trademark administrative decision, I am confident that they gave a good argument and we discussed the contingencies if it was not successful. I will definitely recommend them and will work with them again should I need to trademark another thing.

I had a trademark defense issue. I contacted a friend of mine who is a patent attorney and recommended using one of the firms from which I received a legal advertisement. They told me exactly what the process would involve including likely scenarios and how much each scenario would cost. I chose to have him defend my trademark challenge. He did so rather easily, in my opinion, and even gave me ammunition if I wanted to turn the tables on my challenger and challenge their trademark but that's not what I wanted to do. In other words, for a very low cost, I successfully defended my trademark and felt lucky that I had a competent attorney on my side.

I have spent 25 years of my life creating brands and have even patented products. I became accustomed to believing one had to spend 5-10k, and even more, to properly file and protect a mark/brand/idea. Today the USPTO gives people a tool to do a basic search, and an attorney like them makes it possible, and extremely smart, to use an attorney to do the application and submission properly. Office actions will come regardless of who files and that's not when you want to seek out help. I recommend him and his service to all who ask me how to do any of this. I will post updates as we continue to work together but to this point, I could not be more satisfied! Do what you can by yourself to have an idea of the viability of your mark/idea because the tools are there, but do not undertake the process alone to save a few hundred. With them, you will still save a ton while making the smart choice.

My trademark was challenged. To me it was a somewhat complex issue. I asked a friend of mine who is a patent attorney. He recommended an inexpensive service like them. They told me exactly what he was going to do and what it would cost. He negotiated on my behalf and got the challenge dropped by turning the tables on the challenger. I would have never been able to do this by myself
