I started my trademark with a trademark website, they were not bad, but it took a long time and I would call them, ask questions. It was more of a do it yourself - self help thing. I got a a notice that my application was missing something. The first site's chat just basically said pay more or figure it out. This would have been the 3rd time I paid more. I asked Markavo to answer the issue - they called me and worked it out on the phone - bam! it got done. If I do this again, I will start with Markavo

Markavo provides an easy to work with environment that has resulted in the successful registration of more than a half-dozen trademarks in the medical field, and the timely renewal of our trademarks. I have been pretty reluctant to hire an online legal attorney for my trademark applications. After my staff submitted our applications, they were delinquent and I got many ad emails from different trademark attorney firms. Eventually, I choose and gave them a few of the trademarks. Within a day, I got the response that someone was on it. 2 days later the deficiencies with needed documentation were provided to me and one day after I provided them, they filed the response. I have high expectations. But this firm is well above standards. I will have them manage the rest of my trademarks.
